Inspired by the Minke Whales that swim wild off the Atlantic Ocean coastline, Minke Gin & Vodka is produced by the Clonakilty Distillery using whey sourced from the family farm which gives a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel to each delicious drop.

Minke Gin contains a perfectly balanced blend of botanicals including lavender, citrus fruits, cardamom and native Rock Samphire which is hand harvested from the Clonakilty cliff tops.

Founded in 2016 by the Scully family, Clonakilty Distillery is driven by a passion for crafting exceptional Irish whiskey and white spirits. Since 2019, their award-winning spirits have been recognised on the world stage, including the prestigious title of “World’s Best Varietal Vodka” at the 2023 World Vodka Awards and “Best Classic Irish Gin” at the World Gin Awards 2023.
