High West brings the adventurous spirit of the Great American West to the art of making extraordinary whiskey.

High West began with humble roots, opening a small, 250-gallon still and Saloon in an historic livery stable and garage in Park City, Utah in 2006. 

High West Distillery is Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, located at 7,000-feet elevation in the stunning Wasatch Mountains.

To help protect their local environment from issues such as wildfires and the survival of wildlife, High West is making a commitment to donate $1,000,000 to fund amazing partners who are working to protect the West.
