The Hatozaki whisky range is a range of Blended whiskies associated with the Kaikyo distillery in Akashi City, Japan. 

Hatozaki is the name of the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, helping sailors navigate the turbulent waters at the port of Akashi since 1620. 

The colour of the Hatozaki liquids is natural, without any artificial colouring such as caramel and without any chill filtration.
