Akashi Sake Brewery is a 4th generation family brewery which has been producing hand-crafted Sake for over 150 years. 

The brewery is located in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture- which is known as the birthplace of Sake making. 

We only make premium Sake, with the finest, locally sourced ingredients. This particular Sake is made only with Yamada Nishiki rice- which is known as the king of the Sake rice.
