Willett Distillery was founded by Thompson Willet in 1936 on the family farm in Bardstown.

Having been mothballed and fallen into disrepair, the distillery was renovated and reopened in 2012 under the stewardship of Even and Martha Kulsveen, Thompson Willett’s daughter.

The family now produce a range of high quality Bourbon and Rye whiskies under the Willett family name as well as Rowan’s Creek, Noah’s Mill, Johnny Drum and Old Bardstown labels.
